Of possible interest to rebuiding teams:

Scooter Gennett and Ender Inciarte are good players whose 2019 seasons were wasted due to injury. Inciarte performed in line with career norms but in only ~200 PA, and Gennett was a write-off who didn't even have the decency to keep his BA below .200.

24-year-old Joe Jimenez wasn't all that good in 2019 but he has big K rates and is still the presumed Tigers closer in 2020.

Jon Lester wasn't all that good in 2019 either, but he offers 188 scaled innings and you can cash in on his established tradition of being an All-Star in even numbered years.

Royals MIF Nicky Lopez had a credible rookie year but probably won't stick on a team that hopes to compete.

Justin Smoak- extremely so so in 2019, but the 2017 version might still be in there somewhere

These characters are expected to be in the C auction if not traded, but if one of them fits your plans, lock him up now!

Sewell could use help at 1B and OF.  We don't currently have a backup catcher for Molina.  And who couldn't use a few more innings?
