Okay, so this one can't really compete with the big deals announced recently...but the Zombies are still trying, despite the juggernaut being assembled in Harmony Grove. Impressed by their playoff run, Surprise just had to get some Pioneers for themselves.
SUR sends Dustin Fowler, Austin Franklin and Joe Perez to RDW in exchange for Will Smith, Kevan Smith, and RDW #6 (presumably to draft someone named Smith). We're particularly excited to welcome back lefty reliever Will Smith, who SUR acquired in 2017, but traded to RDW just before the season for Xavier Cedeno, only to see both of them get hurt and miss the next season.
Redwood confirms, and they are now beginning to run out of players to trade.....but there are still some pieces available that should be of some interest, such as....
