The 2018 regular season is over and Surprise came up just short of their hated SFE rivals again. Time will tell who luck favors in the playoffs this year, but I've already started thinking about 2019!
I'm sure all you Zombie fans out there will be glad to hear that this team still isn't going away. The big prize that we're putting on the trade block this season is Zack Greinke. He's been a huge contributor to Zombie success over the past 5 years and just had another great season, so I would love to keep him around. However, he's coming off a big A contract and would be much more affordable for someone else. I'm sure Aaron wants him back. Who else wants to make a run?
Our wish list for trades this year (with or without Greinke) looks like this:

SS - Once again, we need a new one. It sure would be nice to find a long-term solution here.
SP - Trading Greinke would obviously leave a void, but we're not exactly hurting with Kluber/Mikolas/Price/Fulmer/Suter
RP - Currently looking thin after top 2 guys
C - Chirinos is decent and cheap, but I would be interested in an upgrade
RF - Same with Carlos Gonzalez, although he's cheap coming off the C
1B - Still love Votto, but a cheaper alternative could be appealing
Other than players listed above, trade bait could include rookies Scott Kingery and Dustin Fowler, other non-essential players, prospects, and picks.
