Rome has a couple of extra players it is willing to deal off. 

On the pitching side, Mike Wright, Mike Fiers and/or Tom Milone can be had (pay no attention to Milone's ERA... he's an unlimited starter who can dominate lefties). 

In the minors, Ricky Arencena, James Karinchak and Mike Schwaryn can all be had.
