I haven't heard a peep either.  Traditionally, they announce a few days prior to the release of the ratings that they will do a range ratings "preview" via twitter, where they release some of the ratings.  But so far, no announcement of when that will happen, but the expectation has been that the full release would be around Dec.15th.  That looks very unlikely, given that its now Dec.13th and no announcement of the twitter preview has been released yet.
