Obviously per usual custom everyone should feel free to tentatively agree to trades whenever they want.

HOWEVER, since we will have 4 new owners coming in, nothing will be official until they are in and know the rules and official trading starts.  Note that that may mean that the official start of the 1st trading period may need to be pushed back a bit, depending on how soon we can get people in and get them assimilated.  So for now, trade at your own risk!
