Well, my last update has been a been a complete dud thus far, so I'm going to try a different approach inspired by Gary.  What could possibly go wrong?

I think Surprise needs to make at least one more big deal this offseason and am willing to sacrifice elite young talent for a player who can make a big contribution to a championship run.  There are opportunities for improvement pretty much anywhere but 1B, CF, LF, Closer, LH Relief and the top of the rotation.

So, what sort of young talent might be newly available?  Jonathan Gray! Vincent Velasquez! Gregory Polanco! Randal Grichuk! Welington Castillo! Almost any of my exciting prospects! Picks! Cliff Pennington!  No wait, that last one was already very available.  The point is that I'm willing to pay big to win big.   

Okay, so who wants to make a big deal?  I'm still interested in adding good bench players also, but only if the price is right.
