With the IOD coming up, just a couple of quick things.
Most important, please please please everyone check the Draft Order page. It should be up-to-date. As always, I have tried to keep everything right, but with the always-high volume of picks trading hands, it would definitely help if everyone could double-check their teams and let me know asap if something doesn't look right.
The IOD will be the same general format as it has been for years - I will announce a team on the clock and they will tell me the first and last name and team/school affiliation ("high school" is ok, but "college" is highly discouraged in favor of "Vanderbilt" or whatnot), and note if the player is carded.
I think we got through the C/FA Auction much faster than most people expected (certainly faster than I did!), so let's try to keep the streak going for the Draft.
Note that you CAN exceed all roster limits during the course of the Draft. You can have as many carded players as you like and as many total players under control as you want. Roster Cut-Down Day is when the roster rules will be enforced.
As per usual, there will also be a moritorium on reporting trades during the Draft. You can still make trades all you want, but I'm going to have way too much to do during the Draft to keep up with trades. Thus, if you trade picks during the Draft just tell me that "Team X will be picking for Team Y in rounds A and B" or something like that, and we can sort out the trade later.
