These deals are so huge that I'd better combine them into one message.
1) SUR gets back down to the 60 player roster limit by selling off Riley Unroe to the Witchfinders of East Greenwich for $35K in Spanish doubloons.
2) SHI makes an even bigger move, purchasing EGR's 2nd round waiver pick for $10K in Canadian loonies.
With a full roster, SUR can't really do much at this point. However, they would be willing to sell poor Akeem Bostick to open a roster spot or sell their waiver picks, which have the coveted position of finishing off every round.
As for Shiner, they still dream of someday finding a RH bat to love them. A reliever who can consistently retire LH batters would also be welcome.
