Spending some quality time with the new Strat this week confirmed my growing suspicion that Surprise needed an upgrade at closer to fend off the challengers to their crown. I really wanted to believe that Cishek could do it again after his lights-out 2014 season when he saved 60 games with a 1.12 ERA, followed by 8 more saves in the playoffs. Alas, harsh reality set in and yet another hero was shipped out of town. At least he'll find a couple familiar faces in East Greenwich and will forever drink for free in Surprise.
