I'm not completely sure what I am doing with my teams yet, but Sewell is putting two cheap/decent veterans on the trade block because we have surpluses at their positions.

Derek Jeter hit 256/304/313 and has about 700 APA.  Last chance to own him if you never have!  

Josh Willingham hit 215/346/397 and has about 400 APA.

Both would be B1 contracts.  Sewell could use C, 1B, 3B, CF, P or cash/picks.
