Apparently taking the lead from the most recent Cuban flotilla of defectors, Neal Cotts has defected and come to NMO  while asking for political asylum and expressing a desire to play for a winner. As much as I like Neal, I have a firm belief that the Rule of Law should be followed and I must send his defecting rear end back to Washington. In all honesty, who can blame anyone for not wanting to live in Washington D.C.? However, rules are rules and we are sending him back. He wound up on the draft lists as NMO's but it was Doug who drafted him for Washington, I believe. It also needs to be adjusted on the IOD balances.  As a fair warning to Ken, though, Neal Cotts we will send back. Salvador Perez? Well, let's just say "Bienvenidos comrade!"
