Surprise also visited Bali's Bazaar of the Bizarre today and came away with another big part-time bat for their collection.  They also ended up with some less appealing stuff, but that's just what happens at the triple B. 

Okay, so SUR sends $222K and their 2nd round pick to Bali in exchange for Mike Carp, Bali #6-8 and two unwanted prospects: Brett Eibner and Philip Aumont.  Only time will tell if either of them will actually make the final roster, but at least they've got a chance now!  Here's a key quote from Aaron: "Throw in Aumont because I don't want to have to think about him again." 

In related news, SUR reluctantly places long-time Zombie and fan favorite Nate McLouth on the trade block.  He's a good LF/CF vs. RHP with 652 APA, but there just aren't enough OF/DH PA to go around.  SUR doesn't have any glaring needs at this point, but perhaps we can work something out.
