Are there any aces for sale?  Or at least someone who can reasonably fake it for this season?

1) Edwin Jackson's 31 adequate starts and ever-tantalizing upside

2) Assorted less valuable pitchers, both LH (Detwiler, Lannan, Morales) and RH (Grimm, Magill, Kontos)

3) Draft picks - have all of own picks, along with extra picks in 2nd and 3rd

4) Cash - have lots of it

5) Minor leaguers - Although the elite prospects would be difficult or even impossible to pry from my cold dead hands
