Hey, Shiner finally made a deal!  They sent last year's 3rd round pick, David Phelps, to Bali in exchange for 3 3rd round picks in the next draft (BAL-3, CMD-3, HAR-3).  Trading one of their only players under 30 is a somewhat dubious start to the rebuilding process, but I'm sure those draft picks will all turn into future contributors, right?
