I have held the lottery for the order of the first 5 draft picks.  For, I believe, the first time since we've been doing this, the team that had the worst season will actually be picking first, as ELY took the top pick.  ROM got the #2 in a bit of an upset, followed by QUA, AUS, and SCG.

In the various tiebreakers, the three-way tie at 66 wins went CMD-MON-PBG, and WAS, SPR, WAD, and BTM won the coin flips over BOS, ASB, MGG, and BRK respectively.

I have not yet gone through the fines, so there will be adjustments to money balances from that and for playoff winnings, and of course the eventual league winner will move to the end of the line in the draft.
