Proposal 2 (Allowing longer relief ratings for SP) was APPROVED 9-5

Proposal 3 (Granting Additional Money to Lowest-Finishing Teams) was REJECTED 3-11

Proposal 4 (Reinstating Clutch Hitting) was APPROVED 11-3
