Davenport is really deep at 3B and OF, which means rookies Chase Headley and Will Venable are available. 

Headley had a 757 OPS and about 400 adjusted PA. 

Venable had a 730 OPS and about 135 adjusted PA, the main thing he has going is a 395 OBP vs. LHP. 

Both are B1 and likely to start next season.  

DAV needs a SS, 19 more pitching starts, and a lefty complement for Konerko.  Venable and/or Headley could also be moved for cash or minor leaguers.
