Thanks to the emergence of Chris Iannetta and the looming greatness of Matt Wieters, Surprise is cutting the AJP Era short after only one season.  Although I would rather have the pitchers back who were traded to get him last year, this will have to do. 

Surprise sends AJ Pierzynski and Yohermyn Chavez to Washington in exchange for Nick Weglarz and Daryl Jones.
