Oh that is old news. The union has been complaining about this for at least 10 years. All centers were bulit in the 50s except Houston which was completed in 64. The buildings are 50 years old and have those kind of problems. The ones in the story pertain to old towers which have fallen into disrepair. The FAA would rather patch 50 yo facilities rather build new towers.
