Seawolves Sell Garcia
(Preview)
Springfield buys Avisail Garcia from the Seawolves for 400K. I'm sorry, I meant to say Springfield buys Avisail Garcia's contract from the Seawolves for 400K. You can't actually own players, you see. They're human beings, not commodities. Newman's mother taught me that.

Rome also seeking a CF

Turns out, I could use a rangy CF.

Brad Miller
(Preview)
Brad Miller has never been much with the glove, but the fact that he got range-5 in the OF means he's looking at even less of a role for SPR than anticipated. He has an 842 OPS against righties, and while its not clear that he actually "plays" any positions he's got a rating everywhere but C and SS, so if any...

Rome seeks to trade PAs for IPs
(Preview)
Rome is looking to swap Jed Lowrie for a relief pitcher. Expectations are pretty low, but Lowrie's a decent OBP and a lot of PAs. Derek Fisher and Anthony Kay are also available.

Zombies Are Hungry Too!
(Preview)
Surprise finally made one big deal with Bali, but should at least try to do more. Expectations are low this season, but the Zombies hope to be relevant again soon. The farm system is overcrowded, so I'm mostly interested in carded players, preferably young ones, but veterans with good bounce-back po...

Shiner Shopping
(Preview)
Hello all! Believe it or not, we only have a couple more weeks left before the end of 2021 and the 1st Trading Period. The hot stove has been relatively cold this month, but perhaps the ratings preview will heat it up a bit. Shiner is still seeking another quality SP and LH Relief. A decent lefty swingma...

Seawolves for Sale
(Preview)
In an effort to raise cash to pay for all the draft picks I've acquired, San Francisco is selling the following players.... Avisail Garcia - Big bat, who just was awarded a 2 range rating in RF (with a -3 arm!) Nick Gordon - Young speedster who is a great bench guy this year, most likely starting at SS or 2B f...

Michael Brantley

TER has one (1) excess Michael Brantley and would be interested in exchanging him for a similar-value SS. Let me know if you have such a commodity.

Surprise/Bali Blockbuster
(Preview)
Wait, this one really does qualify as a blockbuster! Fresh off their disappointing sweep by Camden, the Zombies are taking a step back to retool in 2022, but maybe not a full rebuild. Anyway, they just made a deal to help Bali finally break the VERY long stranglehold that Trav's other team, Harmony Gro...

SUP vs CMD
(Preview)
Lopez vs Woodruff Woodruff danced in and out of trouble in the first two innings before DJ Stewart caught up to him with 2 outs in the 3rd with a 3 run homerun. Camden would answer in the bottom of the inning with a very lucky 2 out passed ball scoring a run followed by a 2 run Josh Bell single. The Camden bul...

BRK Trade list

I usually wait till any playoff fate is determined before making any offseason moves and now that I've washed out - everyone can go. I'm ready to cut the whole team. Make an offer! Any player over 25 is available.

Rule Change Proposals 2022
(Preview)
I've received a couple of other proposals via email, so I'm putting this in a sticky thread for convenience. Feel free to comment on any of these (or any other proposed change) in this thread or start a new one if you want. (1) Limiting co-owned teams from bidding on C players (details TBD) (2) Deletin...
