Well, I moved Hudson and Loretta but I still need more bats, so I am putting the following young pitchers on the block: Angel Guzman and Shaun Marcum. Guzman was a horror show in the majors this year but he did have 60 strikeouts in 56 innings and good AAA numbers (76 IP, 77 K, 24 BB, 5 HR, 4.04 ERA)....

Springfield sends Timmy Hudson and a 6th round pick to Brooklyn for Ben Broussard, Val Majewski, and 100K. Hudson was 61-45 in four seasons with Springfield. We wish him well.

Historically the trading period has occurred after the rule proposals were in and voted on. So as you make trades for 2007 remember that rule changes have not been proposed yet. Some proposals may impact your trading needs if submitted and approved.
