Ye Olde 2026 ARBA Drafte Lotterye!
(Preview)
Hello again, fellow kids! It's once again time for one of ARBA's most cherished traditions, the draft lottery! Consulting our precious message board history surprisingly revealed that I somehow did not conduct last year's draft lottery because neither of Tom's teams were involved. However, he...

Playoff Results: Hollywoo! defeats Camden
(Preview)
We saw the Guillermo del Toro Frankenstein last weekend (I was kinda disappointed, TBH, but that's a different topic). I mention that because in del Toro's version, the Monster JUST WILL NOT DIE. I think of Camden that way. Camden wins the division every year, it seems. And even when, like this yea...

First Rule Change Proposal
(Preview)
Putting this out there before I forget... This year, there was a tie for a division title, which resulted in a mini-three game series. While this was a lot of fun to play (seriously, I had a blast even though I lost), I'm not sure it is worth the extra delay in getting the playoffs set and underway, partic...

Rome trade deadline (whole team available)
(Preview)
Hey everyone, This will be my last season in ARBA, so I've decided not to be involved at the trade deadline (I'll leave that to the new owner). However, if anyone wants a second team early, I'll happily step down now, during the trade window, to give you a head start on the off season. So uhhh...l anyone...

Trade Talk for Austin & Deadwood
(Preview)
Neither of my teams really needs help for the regular season, but I'm interested in moves that could improve their playoff chances. I'm open to suggestions, but doubt there are any realistic pitching moves that would make a significant impact. On the other hand, both teams have been somewhat incons...

Hollywoo! Hot Stove
(Preview)
Hollywoo! is looking to add an impact DH and/or starting pitcher for the rest of the season. Guys hurt in 2025 can apply. We have a couple of low salary batters having good 2025 seasons who might intrigue a team building for next year: Ivan Herrera - 25yo catcher with a .924 OPS in 2025 Randy Arozerena -...
